In case customer has changed mind & want to retain product which is sent back by the customer to the seller An email with Subject Name: Retain “ Order Number” to sent to info@punnjab
Customer can also do partial return if have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. The Intimation to seller has to be sent by the customer with an email with Subject Name: Partial Return “ Order Number” to sent to info@punnjab with 2 days of product delivered to customer & within 4 days of product send back to seller.
Return/Partial Return are not possible if Email Return request not send as per Specified time. Product is damaged because of use or it is not in the same condition as customer has received. Products which are of Machine Embroidery are not returnable. Products are non-returnable if send with loose packing.
The Refunds are processed after product received back by the seller.
The refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days.
We refund prepaid orders to the source of the payment. For Cash on Delivery refund processed Online through NEFT.
If we receive a cancellation notice from you within 4-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
If product is out of stock the order will be cancelled and entire amount will be refunded
